What's New for BSides Nashville in 2025 🎉

We’re back, and 2025 is bringing some exciting changes to BSides Nashville! From a new venue and updated schedule to track options and amenities, here's everything you need to know:

Tickets

Tickets are sold out! We may be able to release a few more tickets the week of the event, keep an eye on our Eventbrite if you weren't able to grab one.

New Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, and an On-Site After-Party!

This year, the main conference will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can sleep in an extra hour! We’re also hosting an on-site after-party at Liberty Hall from 6pm - 9pm! No more driving across town.

New Tracks & Villages

We’re focusing on two main tracks this year:

In total, we’ll host 13 talks, including:

We’ll also feature a variety of villages and activities, including:

New Venue: The Factory at Franklin

 Liberty Hall to Mockingbird Theater

This year, we'll be at The Factory in Franklin! The conference will take place across two spaces:

These buildings are a 2-minute walk apart.

Liberty Hall

 Liberty Hall - Red Track

Mockingbird Theater

 Mockingbird Theater - Blue Track

Alcohol

For the first time in years, BSides Nashville will allow alcohol on-site! We will not serve it during the conference, but several vendors at The Factory serve drinks and they will be allowed in Liberty Hall (unfortunately, not in Mockingbird Theater).

Lunch

Important note: BSides Nashville will not be providing lunch this year. Instead, attendees will have about a 1.5-hour break to enjoy lunch on their own. Fortunately, The Factory offers a variety of incredible dining options. Here are some of our top recommendations:

You can explore more options on The Factory’s site.

Parking Updates: Farmer’s Market + Shuttle Service

The Franklin Farmers Market will also be happening on May 10, 2025. This means the farmers market parking lot will be inaccessible before noon. It will be very difficult to find parking at The Factory between 9am-12pm. Here are your parking options:

Environmental Waste 🌍

In an effort to reduce environmental waste, BSides Nashville will not be providing drawstring bags to attendees this year. If you plan to collect swag from vendors, we encourage you to bring your own backpack or similar bag to carry it. Additionally, (for the first time!) attendees will have the option to opt-out of receiving a t-shirt during registration to further limit environmental impact.

Scholarship Tickets

BSides Nashville is sponsoring 25 free tickets for students, individuals from underrepresented groups in tech, and those facing financial hardship. We want to make sure our conference is accessible to everyone in the community. If you qualify, please apply via our ticket application form.

We’re counting down to May 10, 2025, and we can’t wait to see you at BSides Nashville! If you're interested in being a deeper part of the community and volunteering, please apply here.
