Respect and Safety

Harassment of any kind isn’t allowed. That includes physical, verbal, or sexual harassment. Anyone who violates this policy may be asked to leave the event.

Reporting Issues

If you experience or see something that feels wrong, please let someone know. You can talk to any staff or board member. Whoever you feel most comfortable with.

If it happens during the event, find the nearest volunteer (wearing a green shirt) or staff member (in a white shirt) and let them know so we can help right away.

What We Do When Something Is Reported

When a concern is brought to us, we’ll:

• Write down what happened
• Involve security if needed
• Follow up and take appropriate action
